The best dealership and sales people ever! I arrived early on a Saturday morning hoping to just look around and possibly find a vehicle. Upon arrive, Tanya, Eddie and Dylan kindly greeted me and asked me what I was looking for. Tanya gave me with options, took me on a test drive, answered all of my questions, and provided me with a great deal at the end of it all. Charging station experience could be improved. MUST pay then plug to avoid technical difficulties. Many charging spots occupied & relatively expensive. Speedway & BP gas stations are a walkable distance with snacks & bathroom.

My wife and I were shopping for a very specific 2025 Santa Cruz. We both test drove one - the one we were looking for - at a different dealership. But the sales people there were too high pressure and weren't listening to us. They just wanted us to buy the vehicle then and there. We got up to leave three times. But they were persistent. We finally left to have lunch because we were too hungry to think straight.

So, after lunch we drove to Liberty Hyundai. We just walked in and asked to see a sales person - no appointment. We were directed to Tanya Romao who greeted us warmly. She was very nice and receptive. We told her what we were looking for, and she actually listened to us, our story about the other dealership experience and what our situation was. That particular vehicle wasn't on the lot that day. But she said that they could put out a search to see if they could find one. My wife and I left feeling very encouraged.

Sure enough, three days later Tanya called to say that they'd found the exact vehicle we told her we wanted, and asked if we could we come in on Monday to finalize the deal. Monday wasn't convenient because we both work. So, we asked if we could come in the next day, Saturday. Tanya set up the appointment for that Saturday morning to accommodate our schedule.

The rest of the process went rather quickly and smoothly. And we drove away with our new Santa Cruz before lunch time. Follow up phone calls, texts and emails were answered promptly and professionally.

All of this is to say that the treatment we received between the two dealerships was like night and day. my wife and I highly recommend Liberty Hyundai, their staff and Tanya in particular.

I can't recommend Liberty Hyundai enough if you're in the market for a new car or lease. We've actually gone back to them for our second car lease. Ahmed, our salesperson, was fantastic—super helpful and just a genuinely nice guy. He really went out of his way to find the exact car we wanted, even personally picking it up from another dealership. Fingers crossed that Ahmed sticks around because we'd love to work with him again next time. Dylan from Financing was great too, getting the numbers to a point we were happy with and making sure all our questions were answered before we signed anything.
