I bought a Kia at the Miami Lakes Kia store. So far so good. The negotiation was quick and the purchase was made. After a while, we came to bring the car to have an oil change. Everything I needed was already included. I made an appointment, but the service provided by the employees is ridiculous, both for vehicle maintenance. You make an appointment and if you don't get there, you have to wait in line for hours, even though you made an appointment. When I asked why I had to make an appointment, I had to wait in line. They told me that the service is on a first-come, first-served basis, and not by appointment. The employees are extremely unprepared and rude, and they make faces as if you weren't going to pay for the service, even though you're spending money on it. I recommend that no one ever buy expensive stuff from this Miami Lakes Kia store again. The manager, who helps organize things, sits in the air conditioning just watching the chaos.

I was car shopping and randomly went here just to check a few things out. My sales Rep ANNA was amazing, super sweet lady and she was honest and made my experience great. I highly recommend her if you are trying to be in and out. Also my finance guy (not sure his name) but he sits in the 2 office to the right soon as you walk in. He was great as well!

We had a great experience at Kia of Miami Lakes! We went there looking for a new Kia telluride we saw online, but unfortunately, the one we wanted had already been sold. But our salesman, Luis, was great in helping us find the perfect vehicle. There were so many choices but he was patient and helpful and provided great customer service in finding us perfect substitute. We have been to other Kia dealerships where they try to play games and mark up the price on vehicles. But not here they made the process easy. They had a great selection of vehicles so I highly recommend you come shop for your next vehicle at Kia of Miami Lakes! The finance Manager Sergio was also extremely friendly, nicest finance manager I’ve ever meet. Head to Miami Lakes Kia for your next Kia and don’t forget to ask for Luis!
