I found everyone to be extremely focused on the customer.
The program was fully explained from start to finish.
I was able to get my car at a much better price than stateside, and saved thousands of Euros.
When the car it was perfect, Mr Power took care of the customs and I was provided with the paperwork to complete my registration quickly.

Car buying overseas is a bit of a process that requires yourself to be a bit on top of your game. Mr. Powers was very admirable to deal with despite all the hiccups involved, especially in reserving a hard to obtain car model. Received my nice 2023 Honda Civic hatchback after a few weeks.

Mr. Powers is the only real MAS representative in Belgium so he can get busy with the paperwork.

Do not buy one of these vehicles while you are stationed overseas. Specifically, they are apparently unable to service vehicles (in Belgium at least). I purchased a brand-new vehicle from them in SEP/OCT2021. It had issues MAY2023. It is still well within warranty, regardless, I have been forced to deal with/ drive a defective vehicle for nearly three months because they are unable to organize a repair. I've basically been instructed to wait longer. My family and I need a dependable vehicle. They have offered no alternative vehicle (despite our request for one), no way ahead, no recourse. Do not recommend.

I’m not gonna lie. Buying a car in Germany is not easy, especially when you throw in all the military hoops. But, Jason Land at Military Auto Source made the process simple for us to navigate. Not only did he help us find the used car that suits our needs, he arranged delivery quickly and conveniently. Then, he gave us step by step instructions, including all of the necessary documents to take where, in the specific order they needed to be completed. He even helped us clear German customs without a hitch! I will definitely be buying our next car from him.

The sales rep provided horrible service! And even that is an understatement. He seemed ok in the beginning, said that he was working to get the vehicle that I wanted (which was sitting out front by the way). For over a month, he would say that he was getting information for me, I never received anything. When I would show up in person, he would say that he was going to email me with an update, I never received anything. When I scheduled an appointment to test drive the vehicle, I waited around for a couple of hours and he never showed. I reached out to the Germany location and they were finally able to get ahold of him. He gave me a call later that day to reschedule. After some time, I happened to be in Germany, so I stopped by the MAS there to inquire about a similar vehicle. Assuming he knew the rep from Belgium and had spoken with him, I received a call from him. He did in fact assist me with selling my old vehicle to someone in Germany while I was there so thank you for that, I guess. I had to return stateside for medical reasons, and after about a week or two he blocked me on WhatsApp. I have reached out multiple times, but no answer. It has been over two months now and I still have not received my deposit back. Luckily for me, I was able to find the exact car I wanted at a dealer stateside and drove off the lot with it in a matter of hours. I have purchased a vehicle with MAS in the past, but I will never do that again. I have reached out to HQs and they are working to rectify the issue.

I last heard from him about a month ago. Once I posted this review, I received a message within the hour. That's crazy! So I figured I'd be a little bit more detailed and edit my review since he's threatening to escalate things, which I'm prepared for by the way. I have multiple people that can attest to this. I have no reason to lie on anyone. All I asked was that my deposit be refunded and this review could've been avoided.

You brace yourself going into a car dealership and prepare mentally for a "pushy" salesman. And then.. they don't come. Instead you get friendly people who don't try to "push" anything on you. They're helpful. They listen. They're patient when you change your mind - a few times! That was my experience with Military Autosource. Great service at Chievres, a warm welcome in Bremerhaven and we all love our new "Pony". Thank you David, John, Rainer and the team. Highly recommended!
