If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. It makes me laugh that I’ve seen multiple reviews starting out the same way. What an absolute nightmare this place was. Sunday I went in with my family getting numbers since my Hyundai lease is coming to an end. I decided I would keep my loyalty with Hyundai and get numbers on the same car. Hussein (I’ve seen his name now in a few bad reviews) promised us a number and deal as well as the manager with the tattoos don’t know his name. We were unhappy with the numbers so we got up to leave. As we were leaving both Hussein and the manager stopped us and said “I almost don’t want you to buy the car today, come back Wednesday and I can give you another incentive to bring the price to where you are happy” we did just that. We put down a 500 deposit and came back. Today we arrive and Hussein takes me to his desk and leaves my parents to sign papers. Switches everything over has me in the new car meanwhile inside my parents are going over the paper work and see that something on the deal that was promised was not there which was my miles from my last lease being taken care of. Now all of the sudden it’s an extra 2K out of our pocket. Hussein told his manager the deal was the miles would be taken care of… after a bunch of back and forth Hussein all of the sudden now says he doesn’t remember saying that. I had a great deal from Jeep and lost it because I wanted to stay loyal and the manager tried telling me my deal with Jeep was not real. The customer service was horrible. The manager who was initially there Sunday was not there today and did not answer the phone so he could not even say anything about this. I left some things in the new car and by the time I went outside the car was gone. Not one person in this place was professional, and now I understand why people told me to steer clear of this dealership. My original lease was with the valley stream dealer ship and it was my mistake going anywhere but there. These people are clearly known for telling you one thing and then going back on it the day of pick up, especially Hussein. I can not rate this experience worse. I’ve been leasing for years and this has been the absolute worse place and people. Not to mention our initial appointment was with another man we had a better relationship with and on Sunday he wasn’t even there and they just gave us to Hussein. Big mistake that was I will never be going back and if you are smart go to any other Hyundai dealership. I can see why they have 3 stars. Horrible.

I went to Millennium Hyundai for some advice on a car as I was looking for a new car. I was helped by a man named Robert Figueroa. Robert went above and beyond to explain in detail what the car had power wise, and how much mileage I could get out of it. He didn’t get annoyed at all the questions I asked, and was very kind and considerate. He showed me an Elantra and it’s now home with me, and I’m extremely happy. Please if you’re looking for a new Hyundai or car in general go here and seek out Robert. You won’t be let down.
