I had an outstanding experience working with Brandon, the Kia salesman, while purchasing my 2018 Jeep Wrangler today. From the moment I arrived at the dealership, Brandon was attentive, professional, and genuinely dedicated to helping me find the perfect vehicle. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, from the start I spoke with "Julie" and she introduced me to "Brandon" who assisted me with purchase. I already owned a Kia and was looking to upgrade to a larger vehicle, he was very patient and took the time to show me some models, and answered all my questions. We all know it takes some time from start to finish when you walk into a dealership and the time of singing they informed me of the wait time to ensure I can go get some lunch and come back so I didn't have to wait around and I appreciated that since I came with spouse and small kids. At the end I have nothing but good things to say from this location, I am very pleased with my purchase. (I forgot the Managers name and the gentleman who assisted me with my bank paperwork, but again everyone was very nice and professional) 10/10!

Trading in your old car and purchasing a new one can be a daunting experience. I went To Nutley Kia and had the pleasure of meeting Raymond. We test drove the preowned certified Kia Soul that I was interested in and he answered all of my questions without rushing me. I didn’t feel pressured or stressed.
