Paramus Hyundai has always been a buyer friendly, knowledgable sales and service, honest transactions and easily trustworthy. All my experiences have been very satisfactory making my choice for purchasing and servicing an easy decision. Recent service: updating pedal/throttle which was serviced that was performed the same day and totally kept informed on the status. Over all, the brand Hyundai has been a very good choice when it comes to value, performance and service. I would definitely recommend the car brand and services ongoing at every level. P Colon.

This service center is a money making scam operation. My wife and I have been complaining about a safety issue with the passenger seatbelt for almost 2 years, and now it is recall item so it was replaced. My wife also went to have her windshield wiper mechanical movement issues addressed and the service advisor attempted to shake her down for $1,000. The wiper blades became entangled during operation when deploying window washer fluid and then the wiper on the driver's side failed to operate going forward. The tech performed a visual "diagnostic" and said there was force because the teeth were worn and broken. Somehow this was determined to be our fault and not covered under warranty. On top of that, my wife wasted 4 hours at your lousy service center and charged $274.56. What a shakedown. My wife has been a loyal Hyundai owner for over 20 years. This is the last straw.

A rep replied asking me to reach out so they can "restore my confidence in their services". I called the service manager to see what they can do for me, and she assured me she would contact me the next day. It is 2 days later and still no communication.

On top of that, the day after the car was in service, the car "randomly" began overheating and needed to be taken to the closest Hyundai service center.

Not what you expect when you buy a new Palisade to keep experiencing issues within the first 2 years of ownership. Trading this clunker in as soon as this issue gets resolved.

After hitting up several dealers to low satisfaction, was very impressed. Made the decision to lease in about 30 minutes with much enthusiasm for customer service, selection, and price. My rep, Jonathan, was excellent in showing his professionalism and generous with his time. The branch was accommodating, willing to show different options but also understanding of my personal preferences. Would definitely recommend, and love my new Tucson Hybrid.

Completely dishonest presentation by the sales team. There is an after market sound system which is installed with problems and is preventing the reset of the tire light and programming of other functions, there is an after
market cable connected to the battery, there is excessive rust, the car needs a brake job with heavy rust on the rear rotors, right front fog light lens is cracked, the trunk was flooded with water, the engine oil access cover was hanging and had to be reconnected. This is a despicable way to do business. You should all be ashamed.

Awesome place to go and buy a car. I tagged along with my husband because the Tucson he brought was the car of his dreams. For me the coffee machine was the highlight of the day. My daughter got the hot chocolate and I got a latte. Delicious!!! Iggi was great also. He and my husband got along great!!! He brought the car pictured. Thank you Paramus Hyundai!
