We recently had an exceptional experience at Performance Kia of Denville while purchasing our new 2025 Kia Carnival EX. It all started with a phone call to Linda Sung, who was incredibly kind and immediately checked the availability of the car we wanted and then made us a last minute appointment to see the car and test drive it.

The next day we knew we were ready to make the purchase.

When we arrived, the General Manager, Zuheir Bader, made us feel right at home, treating us like family from the very beginning. Our sales representative, Joey D, went above and beyond to break down every detail of the sale and patiently showed us how to use all the features in the car, ensuring we felt comfortable and informed.

Michael in finance was thorough and clear in explaining the contracts, making the process seamless and stress-free. I had a very pleasant experience here. I came in with an urgent issue from a different dealership and I felt all hands were on deck to support me. I spoke to Joseph in sales, Bader the store manager, and Luis in service. I was provided options that met my needs, as well as received a resolution to the issue I was having. They did everything they could to rectify my issue and ease my concerns. I will be returning only to this Kia dealership for my car needs. Also, after my car was serviced, they washed it as a courtesy and even followed up the next day to make sure I was happy with the work done. A place that really cares about its customers. My husband and I have been looking for a new car for a while. Saw a Kia Forte on line and thought it was worth a look. Ashlie, from the dealership, texted me within a 1/2 hour and we set up a time to come in. Of course, we were running late but Ashlie said, “no worries, drive safe, see you soon”
When we got here Leo was available and immediately we liked his demeanor and personality. Great guy! No pressure, worked within our parameters and ended up getting us a bigger car, newer model, AND lower mileage than the car that brought me through the door!
Both my husband and I did a test drive and are thrilled with the Sportage. Soup to nuts we spent an hour at the dealership and to say we’re over the moon happy is an understatement!! Then we met his Manager, Phil, who is equally awesome. Very relaxed, made us comfortable discussing finances with no pressure. Really top notch.
