Justice Hodges (Sales Associate) is your man!!

We bought a fantastic Hyundai Tucson 2022 Limited edition at this great Kia dealer. The place was very professional and had good energy. Almost everybody was jacked. We worked with Justice. He is down to earth and understands our needs. In his career, he has sold high-end and more affordable cars, so he has excellent knowledge of what the customer might need customers.
Justice was very familiar with the cars on the lot, including a comparable Kia SUV. We ultimately chose the Hyundai, but the ability to compare was a convenient and empowering part of the process.
The dealer has limited parking spaces on Saturday (they are moving to a better location soon). The finance specialist, Kenny K., was calm and patient when explaining the financial details.

TIPS:
• We were almost the last customers of the day, which helped speed up the time dedicated to finance because of the full attention to us.

• Please make sure you don't have a surprise Dealer fee in your final total.

• Be VERY CLEAR how much money you are willing to spend because with taxes, fees, and extra insurance (up to 5 different items that you can customize) so you do not overspend

Worked with Bryan, he was excellent. Unfortunately the dealership waisted my time making me come in then changed the deal, like they always do. I then drove to Kia on the boulevard in Pennsylvania, worked with Dion they kept there word and honored the deal and I went home with a new Sorento EX hybrid. Always speak to multiple dealers to get pricing, don't walk into a dealership without doing your homework.

I know there are mixed reviews about Freehold Kia, and in all fairness, we’ll see how the dealership performs overall. But if you’re considering buying a car, consider Justice.

And if you decide to go elsewhere, good luck! I hope you have a "Just" experience. He’s definitely a man first—who just happens to sell cars.

Bought a car last February. Called multiple times to make sure the internet price was the price I’d see when I got there and that nothing was hidden and that plus tags and tax would be what I’d pay. Of course, got there and this wasn’t the case. Then, without going into a lot of detail, just note the car was sold pre certified by Kia, my mechanic failed the car inspection due to tire tread depth being almost bald. This was after putting about 7k miles. I requested assistance from my sales person, had proper documentation and was told that I must have used the tread. The answer does not even make sense. Don’t guy a car that is pre certified my mechanic says they really aren’t and I trust him. Kia, hope my sales person, the service manager and the general manager all read this because I am stuck gettin new tires if I want to be safe this winter. Note: why bother asking me to reach out if you are just going to ignore my message?

I’ll start with Justice was amazing. I must say not only does he know all aspects of the products he showed me, he took his time showing me the features the Sorento had to offer.
