Recently went to Sansone Hyundai looking for a new car for me and my fiancé. We spoke to the salesman, Shiv, about a week prior to our appointment, and he let us know to ask for him when we come in. He had our car ready for us when we arrived, answered every question thoroughly and efficiently, was in a great mood the entire time and genuinely knew how to cater to all of our needs. I’d recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. Amazing vibes the whole time!

I will start this review off by saying that my family and I received the utmost respect from the Sales Manager (Kevin Cadena) and Salesman (Alex Ramirez) during our visit. The environment was very clean with courteous staff members. I was able to negotiate a fair price with the dealership in a relatively short period of time on my first visit and was able to immediately make a deposit on the 2025 Hyundai Palisade SEL Premium. Our salesman Alex was so poised, respectful, and understanding during the buying process as our 2023 Hyundai Palisade was totaled recently, and we were looking for a replacement. Alex did not pressure us to purchase the vehicle but rather listen to us and try to help us get a reasonable price. You will recognize a good salesman when they speak to you with respect, and Alex definitely has this characteristic. Working with the Business Manager, Michael Pachytel, was such an interesting experience. Michael did not pressure us to buy any extra packages but rather took the time to explain each item. The paperwork process with Michael was so easy as everything was done on a Docu Pad on Michael’s desk, so it was just tap, sign, and go. Recently, I noticed on Twitter that Mr. Sansone donated $2 million to the Tunnel for Towers Foundation, which supports the families impacted by 9/11 and other events. It goes to show that the owner gives back to charitable causes. In addition, when each vehicle is sold, the dealership makes a contribution for childhood cancer. How can you go wrong by purchasing a vehicle at this dealership? I highly recommend this dealership, not only for its service but also for what it does for charity. Thank you, Alex.

This was my first service at Hyundai which included oil change and filter change. The process was seamless but it was difficult to book appointment online. Even though the slots were available, the same was not visible online.

Also from the service point of view, I feel some basic car cleaning should be included. In my insistence, the exterior of the car was cleaned but the interior was not even touched. I understand the detailed cleaning is not part of the complimentary service but a basic cleaning should be made its part. It just give the customer a satisfaction once they receive the car back from the service center.

I’ll try to keep this review brief, as I have a lot to say in limited characters. I first came to Sansone in 2021 during a car shortage. My salesperson made my dream come true with a 2022 Tucson hybrid. I recall him even checking on me a few days after having the new car to see how things were going.

Nearing the end of my lease, the dealership contacted me about a trade in. While I live 40 minutes from Sansone now, and a Hyundai less than 10 minutes from me, I still choose Sansone solely for their excellent customer service and friendly demeanor.

This time around, stressed about a lease ending and needing a new vehicle, I received top tier support from sales associate Frank and sales manager Kevin. People like them are the reason I return here. They offered a very reasonable deal for a returning customer, and I appreciated them valuing my loyalty to their establishment above anything else. I walked out in a brand new 2025, happy as ever, and nearly stress free.

I want to thank the sales team, including Mike from finance, and the service team at Sansone. As long as I’m in NJ, this is where I will be going for anything related to my Hyundai.

I just had the best experience in purchasing my car at Hyundai Sansone . The process was easy and painless from the moment we got started. The staff was friendly and professional. I got straight answers, they totally understood my needs, and delivered what I was looking for. I felt completely at ease with Patricia Layton , . There was no “tug of war” with numbers as Finance Manager Terry Chung was very honest and I felt I got the best possible price for what I was looking for. I traveled almost 2 hours to purchase my car and it was all worth it. I highly recommend Hyundai Sansone to anyone who wants to avoid pushy car dealerships. Loving my 2024 Hyndai Santa Fe !!!
