I purchased my first vehicle that was financed which was a 2017 Honda Civic back in 2022 at this KIA Dealership. I cannot pass the fact that I got ripped off. The vehicle was perfectly fine, runs good , but I was over charged. The amount of the vehicle was originally $25,000 for a used 2017 Honda Civic with mileage 32,000.
When I looked at other dealers such as the Honda in Philadelphia, Carvana, & Honda Lancaster. Their prices was $18,000-$19,000, I was devastated. I found that out after I already signed everything. Also other people told me I got ripped off too, I’m assuming because I looked young & a female, people do tent to take advantage of things of such nature. Although it happened 2 years ago, I just can’t believe it happened to me. Also I had a few questions, I reached out to the man that sold me the car…turns out he darn left & moved to another state. I believe his name was Stacy. My advice, do not purchased or lease any cars that is located within a County. Also compare prices of other cars at different locations.

Only way to describe the whole experience is horrible. Took my vehicle in for the first time “courtesy” service. After receiving 3 confirmation emails and a non automated phone call reminder for my appointment time and date, I showed up on the date and time to be told that I didn’t have an appointment. After showing them the emails they still said I had no appointment. But they did me a favor and offered to work on the car anyways, at the cost of 180 dollars for an oil change tire rotation and some fuel cleaner. I asked isn’t the first service free of charge as a courtesy for buying a 50k car. I was told “we don’t do that here” and they looked at me like I had 5 heads. Refused the over priced service, but had to get the recalls fixed. To which I was told they “might not have the parts since I didn’t have an appointment”. They had most of the parts and did some of the recalls. Great! You might think. No I get home and about an hour or so I come out into my driveway and there are pieces of my car falling off and laying in the driveway. Called them and they asked me to bring the vehicle back. Was told by one manager that their car wash broke the pieces and it’s happened to multiple customers so if that is the truth they know it’s an issue and don’t do anything about it. But then was told by a service technician that the workers did a bad job of putting the pieces back on. They ordered me the new parts and offered to fix it free of charge. But now have to spend another day getting the car fixed from getting the car fixed. So at the cost of gas and time of my day they will fix it. As well as making another trip back to finish the recalls when the parts come in because I didn’t have an appointment in the computer. On top of all that the overall customer service was not pleasant either. Not one person said sorry this happened, or sorry for the inconvenience. If I didn’t have to go back I never would again.

I purchased a ‘25 Kia K5 GT through Scott Kia and am so happy with my purchase! Car shopping is not always a fun experience, but Gigi was awesome and made it all enjoyable and worthwhile. The process was seamless, and Gigi took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns, even asking her peers for help for questions she could not answer to ensure she got us the proper information. She took her time and was very personable and easy to work with. I would recommend this site to anyone!

I brought my KiA for diagnostics paid $200, they did not put back the alternator belt, spark plugs, coils and and engine cover! Engine oil was completely empty and the hood was not closed completely! TERRIBLE! and look at the photo guys, dirty marks in the door! You have to return the car as clean as it was given to you! I cant believe it.

Excellent service! I bought my car from here and it runs beautifully. I get updates monthly on tips for my car and any inspections I might need to get. It’s also a very clean dealership that’s bright and welcoming. Special recognition to the Service Area team - Great work and the gentleman that checked me in for service was awesome! Just purchased a 2025 Kia K5. I must say, I was 100% pleased with this dealership. I worked with the manager Vince and also Moe. I hate buying a new car just because most of the time the employees are pushy, just want to make a sale and not really interested in helping you with your financial needs. You won't find that at Kia Springfield. Both Vince and Moe were really great and I don't give compliments unless you truly earn it and they did. Thank you!

I absolutely love Kia of Springfield, well the folks that work there, especially Chris in the service department While realizing that my Kia needed more work than I had anticipated, he made it easier to take the news. He was so happy to help me figure out what to do first. I have never had an issue with anybody there and they are always accommodating to you. They are the best, never making you feel like you're just a number with a wallet attached.

I felt very welcomed by the staff. I was pretty nervous to go car shopping, but Ashley actually made the experience enjoyable. He answered all my questions and was patient and courteous the entire time. The car I got us great and I am very happy with it.
