I would highly recommend going to Holly Kia in Selbyville! Everyone was such a pleasure to work with since I needed to make a decision on making a purchase because my other car was totalled by a deer. I bought a 2025 Kia Soul and John, Steve, and their new member of the team Leo were all amazing on helping me out. I love that they take their time with you and explain everything so you don't leave confused and or feel pressured into anything.

I bought my Soul from them in 2020. Until now the service has been busy, a bit slow, but adequate. I thought I was being responsible by dropping off a freshly washed, clean car to have a creaking in the front end check. I was given back a car that looked like it got stuck in a muddy field and the guys who got out in pushed didn't even wipe their feet before they got back in. And I know there was more than one because the passenger side was covered in mud too. Also, I was not given back the key. That issue has yet to be resolved. Good thing I had my spare.

That was only the icing on the cake after 13 days of just trying to find out what was going on with my car. I gave them a week to do their thing. I didn't get a "hey your car is done" or a "hey we are waiting on parts" or "we don't know what is wrong." I got nothing.

So after 7 days I started calling. I had to wait for hours on hold listening to that abrasive "120% of Kelly Blue Book" ad. I tried going through service to get to somebody. I tried going through sales. EVERY TIME I would end up getting to somebody who said they "would call me back." Nobody could tell me if the repair was done. Or if there was a problem. Or when I might know when it would be done. I was told nothing.

I got so fed up that I literally tried to buy a new car from them instead! I told them to make me an offer on the one in the shop and I would buy a k4 today. I was told they would get me an estimate and call me back....still waiting. I don't know how they blew that sale. I would have taken $3k for my trade in.

Finally I got ahold of a guy and told him I just want my car back. I no longer give a sh... about the repair. I haven't heard anything from them in two weeks.

Everybody in the building failed. Not a single one of them gave a damn about simply communicating to a customer what was going on. I am not going to name check them on the internet. Andy was cool.

So I am going to use my only power as a consumer and leave a bad review. Do not go there. Do not buy from them. They do not care about you. If I could leave a poop emoji instead of a star I would.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I originally brought my vehicle in for a coolant leak. A leaking oil cooler/oil filter housing was found, it was replaced under warranty i went to pick up the car and upon leaving found the coolant reservoir was empty, returned they topped it off all was good and I left, fast forward 2 months found another coolant leak. Bring the car back they inspect it. Manger calls, they tell me it's leaking at the same spot. Now ask yourself why would a new part leak at the same place Well Holly Kia decided it was ok to USE THE OLD SEAL WITH A NEW COMPONENT. They repaired it, I go to pick the vehicle up anddddd THE COOLANT TANK IS EMPTY!! What kinda service is this. Absolutely ridiculous. There excuses are pulled from there back pocket along with the training for there technicians. Still not even 100% sure if the underlying issue was corrected. Not to mention not even ONCE did they say they pressure tested the coolant system. Pure ignorance!

This was the second car that my wife and purchased from Selbyville Holly Kia and this experience was exactly like the first experience which was fantastic! We went back to the same sales person (Sergio Soto) who is exceptional. The entire experience was fantastic and if you are in market for a new car I would strongly recommend you visit the dealership. The last word I will say about the dealership and the employees is OUTSTANDING!

On 1/21/25 I made the decision to purchase a new car. I had a Kia which I liked so I decided to return to Selbyville Holly Kia. Not exactly sure of the model Kia I wanted, I explained my “wants” to Steve Johnson, the salesman who met me at the door. He patiently answered my many questions, was honest, and I feel I was given a good/fair deal. I came away from Kia of Selbyville having had a good experience because of Steve Johnson. I would recommend Kia of Shelby and seek out Steve.
