Chris is awesome. No pressure whatsoever and helped us get the Ioniq 5 for an amazing deal. We had a million questions during our test drive as this was our first lease and first EV. Chris made sure we fully understood everything that went into the lease price, and everything we needed to know about driving and charging an EV. He even had the car delivered with a full battery once we decided on a color since we don’t live close. It was so easy, prefilled out the forms online, then signed the paperwork when the car was delivered. Would 100% come back here and work with Chris again.

I popped into South Bay Hyundai on Sunday to see the new Santa Fe. Who knew I'd be getting rid of my Mercedes for a Hyundai. The staff greeted me right away, Felix was awesome - no pressure, just thoughtful and very helpful. They worked with me on financing and did everything possible to make sure I got a great deal. Chris and Felix went the extra mile to make it a great experience. MJ helped me understand the wildly tech-forward infotainment system and has followed up to ensure all of my questions were answered. Not only do I love my car, but for the first time...in a long time... car buying became fun again. Thanks Hyundai, Felix, Chris and MJ!

We had a less than 1-start experience. We brought our new lease in for a free oil change and maintenance. Despite having an appointment that was scheduled long in advance, the service department was low on technicians, so they were not able to service the car on the day of the appointment. The service clerk was able to find a new appointment. When we brought the car back in, the technician broke one of the main fuses. Since they didn't have the part, they needed to keep the car. The dealership couldn't give us a ride back home, so we ended up taking a ride share (which was ~$50). When we got a call to pick-up the car, I explicitly let the clerk know that we would come in on Sunday to pick-up the car. Again, I had to take a ride share (which as another ~$50). Once I arrived, I was informed that the service department was closed, so I had to take yet another ride share back home (another ~$50). To get back to the dealership, I needed to take a ride share again (you got it, ~$50), and I was finally able to pick-up my car. In all, I spent close to $200 for a free service. I sent an email to the service department manager and have not heard back. I'm so incredibly disappointed. I am highly unlikely to lease another Hyundai after this experience.

We recently purchased a car at South Bay Hyundai and had a great experience. Everyone, especially our salesperson, Mace, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. No one tried to "sell" us and gave us the space we needed to make the right decision on a car and were there to answer all questions throughout the process. I generally don't love car shopping, but South Bay Hyundai made it an enjoyable and seamless experience!

To be honest, I was looking for a Honda so my first choice of dealers wasn't South Bay Hyundai. I had prior experience with a Honda dealer so I tried them first and they didn't have the car model I was looking for. I attempted contacting other Honda dealers and then discovered online that SB Hyundai had a 2015 Honda Fit. From my first contact I was willing to go check the car out. I was relieved to find that the salesman (Mo) was not pushy, professional and personable. I bought the car and so far, am very happy. I have to emphasize that the customer service from the salesmen, to the service to the receptionist are very kind and professional. I recommend them highly.

Going to Hyundai Southbay was a great experience for me and my husband. Mace really took great care of us, answering most of our questions and directing us to the right people if we had any more inquiries. Test driving of the vehicles was a good experience. We were given a great deal in my opinion, and I truly believe we made an informative decision on the vehicle we were purchasing. I wouldn’t hesitate to go to this dealership again for our future car needs.
