Turpin Kia has an outstanding Service Department. The personnel staffing the parts and service desks are very professional and friendly. It is obvious that their concerns are for the customer and getting you back on the road in a safe vehicle and in a timely manner. Their experience combined with the talents of the technicians/mechanics ensure that the job is thoroughly investigated and properly repaired. If you're waiting at the dealership during the repair or service, the staff approaches you with updates - no need to look for them yourself. When the work is completed, you receive an absolutely thorough summary of the work completed, including recommendations. Leaving the dealership you will have complete peace of mind regarding the status and condition of your vehicle. I live 2 hours drive from Turpin Kia - in reality a small inconvenience in exchange for the high professionalism, excellent technical capabilities and outstanding customer support.

My experience today which started with an oil change became very frustrating when software updates had to be done and one of the updates took much longer than anticipated. I didn't expect a half hour job to turn into over two hours hanging out at the dealership. Victor and the mechanic (whose name I didn't catch) went above and beyond with customer service! I've been a Turpin customer for 5 years now. The initial purchase of our new car was a great, no pressure experience - very unlike other dealerships we visited. Since the purchase I have gone back to this dealership for all service and have found them to go out of their way to treat customers honestly and fairly and at reasonable prices.
