This is most likely the best dealership of the dozens I have ever used. They sent plenty of reminders of my appointment. They were ready for me when I arrived. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and even had private desks. The staff member at the service desk was very kind and knowledgeable. I am so glad this dealership is mine. Took some time from scheduling to actual date of work. Surprised at the diagnostic fee amount. However, communication was good and work completed promptly. As yet not driven the car enough to confirm the problem has been resolved, but ever hopeful. Clean, courteous, and as scheduled. Thank you.

I had reviewed the service department seven years ago and gave them five stars. This week, I traded in two cars and bought one new one. These guys -especially, Steve- gave me fair money for my trades and when they did not have the car I wanted, they went and got it for me. There were a couple of follow-up accessories they promised me and I had them both within days of the sale! Wow. I had gone to a closer Hyundai to test drive, but those guys could not put a fair deal together. Yay Winner!

I will definitely recommend coming to this dealership. I came with my son to get an oil change and he is only one years old and deaf. It was very challenging to have him sit down the entire time, but the staff definitely embraced him being a kid and throwing a ball with him and even giving him a teddy bear. The receptionist even let me change the channel so my son can be able watch TV. I can honestly give gratitude and thanks for everything that they did that day to make it less stressful for me. .
