This is my third car being leased through Kia Yonkers. I’ve always had a very pleasant experience. The show rooms are very comfortable. They offer free coffee and other hot liquids which was nice because you’re staying there almost 3 hours from start to finish. My sales person Ronnie Hernandez was very nice very pleasant understood exactly what I was looking for matched prices from the Kia Brooklyn and even gave me an offer from Kia Yonkers that had expired so overall I was able to save a lot of money. The finance person is actually very nice and he worked with me to find a payment program that was comfortable with what I was looking to put down and pay a month. I got my car pretty quickly washed beautiful shape. Overall this is a very good car dealership Kia cars are actually Quite dependable. I’ve never had any issues with them. Leasing since 2014.

My husband and I walked in to Kia on Central Avenue to take a look at cars. The first thing we noticed is we were not hounded by anyone. Nobody following us around or asking us constant questions. The staff gave us time to look and talk to one another. When we were interested in speaking with someone we were fortunate enough to have Brandon as our salesperson. Brandon is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. He was able to work with us in our budget and between him and his manager Matt they met our every expectation. They made car buying an absolute delightful experience. No BS, just straight, honest shooters. We shook hands on a car deal that night and returned less than 24 hours later and they had everything ready to go. I cannot recommend them enough. My last 3 cars have been a Cadillac, a Mercedes, and a BMW…and the Kia Sorento is just as classy and comfortable and rides like any one of them. Go to Yonkers Kia…ask for Brandon. You won’t be disappointed !

Ronnie at Yonkers Kia was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond to help us find the perfect vehicle. Ronnie was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we found the right vehicle to fit our needs. He answered all our questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process stress-free. Thanks to his guidance, we drove away feeling confident and thrilled with our choice. We settled on a Kia Sportage Hybrid. If you’re looking for exceptional service, ask for Ronnie— he’s awesome and you won’t be disappointed! Charlotte

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Yonkers KIA, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. Brandon was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs and preferences, guiding me through their inventory with patience and expertise. What stood out most was the lack of pressure to make a decision. Brandon allowed me to take my time, answering all my questions thoroughly and providing honest, transparent information about each vehicle I considered. He even offered valuable insights on financing options, ensuring that I felt confident and informed throughout the process. When it came to the test drive, the experience was seamless. The car was immaculately clean and ready to go, and Brandon provided clear instructions while allowing me the freedom to explore the vehicle's features on my own. The entire process was well-organized and efficient, yet never rushed. Closing the deal was equally smooth. Edgar worked diligently to secure a great rate and made the paperwork process quick and painless. I appreciated their attention to detail and the effort they put into ensuring that all my questions were answered before I signed anything. Overall, buying a car from Yonkers KIA was a stress-free and enjoyable experience. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident at every step, and I drove away feeling confident in my purchase. I highly recommend Yonkers KIA to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. They have truly set a new standard for excellence in service.

Fantastic experience. I visited at least 8 different dealerships and spoke to countless others. I drive a lot and wanted to go electric but maximize driving performance and driving range. The salesperson was patient with me and listened to my needs. He was the only salesperson who located the a model that checked the most number of boxes for me. Pricing was transparent and the dealership worked with me on financing to ensure I got the best deal-better than my credit union was offering. Highly highly recommend this dealership. If you want a similar purchasing experience - ask for Ronny!!
