Dishonest ,Untrustworthy, and Incompetent mechanics and service staff. Brought my vehicle in for a recall, oil change, and to check on a minor issue I was experiencing with the brakes. They told me this problem would have to be seen in person in order to check if it was part of recall or warranty. The car was misdiagnosed and was quoted over $2300 by Mechanic ID 999961. Service advisor Told me car was unsafe to drive and rear brakes were seized. I opted not to go through with the work, paid my oil change and diagnostic fee, and dropped my vehicle off at a local mechanic for a second opinion. That mechanic informed me that Atlantic Hyundai was completely wrong, and all that was needed was a small stop pad on my brake pedal. My braking system was actually in great shape. I was charged $95 by this local mechanic, that is it. Had I gone through with Atlantic Hyundai's quote, I would have paid dearly for a lot of unnecessary work. I tried to address this issue with management. Dont bother talking to Tim, the service director, or John, the service manager. They will just defend these dishonest diagnosis. I had multiple messages to try to reach out to the general manager just to inform him of the issue, but I had not even received a courtesy call back. Let this be a warning to anyone thinking about using Atlantic Hyundai. A professional service department would not have misdiagnosed anything by that far off. As a customer, my experience left me feeling scammed and disgusted. If there is anyone else who has had a similar experience, please you can report the matter to the Better Business Bureau as well as report to the Department of Motor Vehicles. I can't imagine how many people have been victims here and overpaid for fraudulent diagnosis and work done by these inexperienced mechanics.

My last car was old and the transmission blew so I needed something and I needed it fast. I spent a few days looking online and decided to check this place out. After seeing a few cars I decided on the Santa Fe and literally couldn’t be happier.

Let me talk about the salesman. Chris Tempesta… this guy was the absolute best. My wife and I walked in and he greeted both of us with so much warmth and respect. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars he showed me and was so patient with everything. We spoke about life and cars and he truly gave me all of his attention. He made the entire process quick and easy and truth be told, I would buy a car from him regardless of where he worked. The finance department was great and extremely transparent and they also made everything so simple and easy. The entire experience was fantastic and I ended up with a good deal on a fantastic car. 11/10 because 10/10 isn’t enough.

I had a frustrating experience at this dealership. After spending over four hours there—even after selecting a vehicle over the phone—we encountered multiple issues. Our sales rep, Sandra, only provided us with one key for the car and has been unresponsive to our emails and calls since. This lack of communication and service has left us disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this dealership based on our experience.

Thanks to Sandra Redway and Jon Stern, I have to pay $350 for key!! They are really expert on scamming customers!! Review response from dealer is a joke! I contacted several times to Jon Stern General Manager but no luck. I even left voice message but not a single call back. Dead end. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM DEALER!!!

I worked with Henry to purchase my 2024 Kona and he was very helpful and we were quickly able to get to a price. However, be aware of working with Lenny in Finance. Make sure you see ALL paperwork before signing the tablet. I still haven't gotten a detailed invoice for the car purchase & what "extras" I paid for. (Slowly getting that paperwork, but still not an invoice.) I do take responsibility for not being as thorough as I should have been, but be cautious.

I’ve been car shopping for over three months. I finally decided to take a chance on Atlantic Hyundai , and boy am I happy I did. I thankfully was approached by a gentleman by the name of Patsy Bellomo, and not only did he get me out of a nightmare car finance situation, but he also got me into my DREAM car. I will be referring everyone I know to him. Everyone there was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Loving my 2025 Tucson, thanks to Patsy , and Lenny from Atlantic Hyundai.

Went to check out the inventory and see if there were any 2025 models in stock. Nope, not yet. Spoke with David the inventory manager that clued me in that the 25's were beginning to make their way in slowly, but September and October is when they'll be in season.
Nice people there. Atlantic Hyundai is located along a huge car outlet auto mall.
I might be inclined to revisit should I be in the market for a new or pre owned Hyundai.

I have been driving Hyndai’s for years but the sales experience with Atlantic Hyundai has been by far the best I have ever had. I recommend them to anyone in the market for a Hyundai even if you need to travel a little to get to them. They are worth it. I love my new Tucson.

My husband and I had a great experience at Atlantic Hyundai. Our salesperson was Mike he is great, very friendly and professional. He followed up with us throughout the entire process for me to get my first car. Our experience was positive. We did not feel rushed or pressured during our time there. I love my new car!
