Sales team is excellent and buying a car was a pleasure. But took the car back for servicing and met the most rude team. Firstly our 1st service was free and the manager wanted to charge us and when we protested, he was just rude to us. Very very disappointed. Wish I knew their service team was a disaster and I would t have bought the car. They need to know that service experience is part of buying experience for the car.

I have to say I had my doubts, but working with Jason changed my whole perspective of this dealership in the greatest way!. Jason was very patient, informative and made my whole leasing process seamless. I went with the intention to shop around and was given such a great experience I left with my new 2025 K5 ! The service center staff might be polite, but the department itself is an absolute rip-off. They pressured me into paying for unnecessary maintenance on my electric Kia—work that the manufacturer does not even recommend—just so they could pocket several hundred extra dollars. They even tried to tell me I had to do it again soon. This place is a disgrace, and I will never set foot there again. From now on, I am taking my car back to Jersey for any maintenance.

Thank you to Colin and the entire technician staff in helping correct a check engine light on my 2023 niro due to a recall. colin was more than comfortable with any questions i had and even reassured me in due timing of the service being completed. the dealership even offered free uber service to and from, and offered me a loaner car while mine was being serviced. i am so grateful for their help!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE!!!!

THEY ARE RUDE. SCHEDULED A 3PM APPOINTMENT WAS CALLED THE DAY PRIOR TO BE INFORMED THAT THEY CANNOT DO MY RECALL AFTER 12 AND THEY ONLY DO OIL CHANGES WHICH WAS ONE OF THE THINGS I SCHEDULED. SO WHEN I SAID OK I WILL COME ANOTHER TIME FOR THE RECALL JUST NEED THE OIL CHANGE WAS TOLD THEY WOULD NOT DO THAT EITHER!! GOT IRRITATED ONCE I ASKED FOR A MANAGER.

WILL NEVER GET BUSINESS FROM ME!!!

I was amazed that I was able to walk in secure a deal and walk out the same night with a new telluride (my second). My salesman James was spectacular no funny business no shady sales tricks, very professional.
