My wife and I went to several car dealers including another Kia dealer in our neighborhood but were turned off by the experiences and felt like they were doing us a favor just to talk to us. We were going to go to another Kia dealer 2 hours away because they had the model we wanted but passed by Karp on the way and thought maybe we should just hop in and see the Carnival before we go to NJ. We had no plans to buy from them but after seeing a silver model that they had, we thought maybe they can work with us. The salesman that helped us, Elvin listened to us and did not try to talk us into a higher priced model or push us in any way. We felt very respected and comfortable dealing and working with him. He even advised us to wash our trade in Honda before we came back to finalize the deal. The whole purchase was fast and painless. My plan is to get an EV next year from Elvin and Karp Kia because we trust him to work with us honestly aga I n.

We were greeted by our salesman Mark Taub when we arrived. We explained what we were looking for and before we knew it we were at his desk leasing our new car. Excellent and friendly service and no beating around the bush. Straight to the point and no back and forth. This is our fourth KIA and this was by far the best experience we have had. Did not feel pressured, or stressed through the whole process. I would definitely recommend karp Kia and Mark to anyone. Thank you for a great experience.

I ended up selecting Kia Sportage X line and Mike

I just leased a car 17 days ago from Karp. Terrible experience with the sales dept. The paperwork took 3 hours. My car was delivered with a damage on one door and no one calls me back or addresses this issue, they pretend it doesn’t matter. I had some questions after the sale regarding a cargo cover that was promised me and how some of the features work, no one ever calls me back. Had to bring the car in for service already, which was to install a mirror that was supposed to be included, I was charged $29 for 3 gallons of gas for a loaner and I had already filled up with the gas I used. The Service dept claims this is a third-party charge. I would give the Service dept 5 stars for attentiveness and timeliness. I would really like to thank Donna D for her help.

Had a problem with blind spot camera. Was told Sensor required a calibration.
My 2024 KIA sportage was left over night.
Next day told everything is working. Paid and left . Two days later had to leave auto again for the same problem. Was told now the sensor had to be replaced. Bill stated “REMOVED AND REPLACED LONG RANGE RADAR SENSOR
ROAD TEST VERIFIED REPAIR “ paid and left again. Drove the KIA to see my wife in the. Hospital and when I started to drive the same problem was back. I paid a total of $1,839.07
( 1st bill $895.97, 2nd $943.10)
Another problem
In the 1st bill it states “that “ CUSTOMER HAS REQUESTED INFORMATION FOR ONE OR MORE CONCERN and that theatre will be a charge of $449.91. This NEVER HAPPENED AND I DID NOT SEE THIS BILL UNTIL AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE
