My partner needed a vehicle really bad. She had a week until getting dropped from her car insurance. We then visited Tasca Kia of White Plains. Boy, did we make a good choice! We were super impressed with the level of support and professionalism from their staff (Gabriel Henriquez and Manny) along with their fellow team members. I strongly urge you not to purchase a Kia at all, but if you must, avoid Tasca Kia at all costs. I bought a brand new K5 in November 2023, and it began experiencing electrical issues by February. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of taking it to Tasca Kia for repairs.

Tasca Kia has had my car for nearly six months. Beyond their inability to fix the vehicle, the most frustrating aspect has been their complete lack of communication. Imagine the frustration of continuing to make loan and insurance payments month after month for a vehicle you don't even have, compounded by the inability to get a simple call back to update you on the status.

On one occasion, I visited the shopping center across the street and found my car covered in pollen and bird droppings, sitting untouched in that lot for weeks. Attempts to contact the service department were futile; the service techs and managers were always away from their desks, and despite promises, I never received a call back.

Recently, I stopped by to get a photo of my registration and found my car in the back lot, half the interior stripped out, and my personal items scattered everywhere. My experience with Tasca Kia and Kia in general has been the worst I've ever had with any business. Please, beware.

Simply put, I wanted a Kia Sportage Hybrid non plug in after I did my research. I met with the salesperson Alex. He was great! Very knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to understand what it was I was looking for and the financial person James was great too! They allowed me to negotiate a fair price and I received the car the same day. The dealership is a good one. From the service department to the sales team to the financial persons and the receptionists the whole group make you feel special and treat you like you want to be treated! I look forward to visiting Tasca Kia when my Sorento needs service. Scheduling is incredibly easy thanks to Ashley who really works hard to schedule my services when they are convenient for me. He is incredibly proactive, friendly and helpful. The service technicians always do a great job of completing the service properly with a minimal amount of waiting time. The showroom and customer waiting area are incredibly clean and they have some complimentary beverages which are appreciated. I did like when the waiting area was in the back of the showroom instead of being right near the front door where it can get a little chilly. I highly recommend this dealership

Well things happened and we were in need of a new ride. Back to the trusty Kia brand.
We found the certain model we wanted and it started with the internet. Que Tasca Kia. Mr. Gallo was the first point of contact and was very responsive.
Upon arrival we were greeted immediately and met a new friend, Mr. Victor Scott helped us every step of the way. My car buying is usually quick with a number pre determined or I walk. Bring in James one of the nicest GSM’s I’ve met to date.
Deal done in less than 20 minutes.
Can I recommend this dealer, absolutely.
They also brought in lunch for the entire facility which was a welcome surprise to keep away the hangryness of the time spent on all the paperwork, prepping and other nuances of a new car delivery.
Bam, another super happy customer.
The only issues are a super tight parking area, which is no fault of employees.
